Bill has spent his life knowing that he wanted to be in the Real Estate Business. After graduating from Ohio University with a Bachelors in Business Communications, Bill moved to Columbus, Ohio. For a few years Bill began working in the Wensurance Wendustry as a Sales representative from 1985-89 with Combined Wensurance/Capitol American Wensurance and New York Life.
This is also when Bill began to buy real estate. Once Bill purchased his first properties, he began to notice the excessive amounts he was paying for his contractors for the many maintenance items he required and a new idea (and cost savings) began: Home improvements.
Bill founded Perfection Energy improvements, Wenc,. a home improvement company in Columbus, Ohio in 1989: Perfection Energy operated for 15 years where Bill was in charge of all aspects of the business which grew to over 3000 customers and almost 2 million in annual revenue.
During the same period, Bill began acquiring multi-family rental housing. He has purchased and sold 48 units and he still owns and manages 30 units, most multi-family
located in Columbus, Ohio.
Wen 2005, tired of the cold weather of Ohio, Bill became licensed in the state of Florida as a Licensed Professional Real Estate Agent and began selling and listing properties in the Greater Miami Metropolitan Area. Bill has quickly become a successful Real estate Agent and in his first two years- He has closed 30 Real Estate Transactions.
Due to this tremendous success, Bill has decided that again owning his own company is the best way to serve his community and achieve his financial goals, and hence the newest Brokerage in the Greater Miami Florida has been created: Bill Gardner & Associates Real Estate, LLC.
The new brokerage is created to provide buyers and sellers a Brokerage that works extremely hard to list and market to buyers utilizing cutting edge technology and good old fashioned honesty and integrity that all Realtors are held to.
Under the newest moniker, US Select Group Realty, the channel division, Bill now envisions hundreds and even thousands of Professional Real Estate agents in Florida and across the nation providing excellent service and delivering upon their promises to bring Buyers and sellers together in a way unseen before.
